PIZZA CRUST
1 can(s) pillsbury crescent rolls
1/4 cup(s) butter, cold
1/4 cup(s) brown sugar
1/4 cup(s) sugar
1/4 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
1/2 cup(s) flour
- pinch of salt
GLAZE
1/2 cup(s) powdered sugar
1 tablespoon(s) butter, soft
1 1/4 teaspoon(s) vanilla
1-1 1/2 tablespoon(s) milk

Steps:

Preheat oven to 400. Cut in butter to sugars, cinnamon, salt and flour to form crumbles. On ungreased cookie sheet separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles.
Sprinkle with crumbs and bake 8 to 12 minutes. After cooled cut into smaller triangles and drizzle with glaze.

2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
4 cups cubed cooked turkey
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 large onion, chopped
1/3 cup butter, cubed
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon ground mustard
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1-3/4 cups 2% milk
TOPPING:
1-1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup butter, melted

Steps:

In a large nonstick skillet, cook ham until browned, 4-5 minutes; drain and pat dry. In a greased 2-qt. baking dish, layer the turkey, cheese and ham; set aside. , In a large saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in the flour, mustard and nutmeg until blended. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. Pour over ham. , Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over the top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° until golden brown and bubbly, 25-30 minutes.
