THE BEST SWEET ROLLS | JUST A PINCH RECIPES
These homemade rolls are a recipe that brings back memories of childhood. It's a basic, old-fashioned yeast roll recipe. They smell amazing while baking but be patient... good things come to those who wait. Dense but tender, they remind us of a Hawaiian roll in flavor but with a firmer texture. These rolls are delicious alone, smeared with butter, a bun for sliders, or used to sop up some gravy. You won't be able to just eat one.

GRANDMA'S CABBAGE BURGERS | JUST A PINCH RECIPES
Imagine soft buttery yeast rolls stuffed with savory cabbage and beef. That's what these cabbage burgers are. The bread is sweet and fluffy. Perfect on its own. We opted to use ground beef, but you can use any type of meat you like. The beef is browned with onion and garlic so it's very flavorful. Adding cabbage and letting it cook with the beef and onions lets the cabbage absorb all its flavor. We never had anything like these burgers before and they're delicious. Comfort food all the way. Ours baked a little quicker, so keep your eye on them as they bake.

JUDY'S BISQUICK BISCUITS | JUST A PINCH RECIPES

  • Notes: I usually rework the dough and get about 8-9 biscuits from this recipe. When I say rework I mean I gather up scraps after cutting buscuits and put the scraps back together and pat out and cut. Just don't over work the dough or the biscuits will be tough. Also, I have floured my surface with bisquick in the past, but I don't think the end result is the best result for me. I like using flour instead, I think it makes for a better finished product. It seems the bisquick is too heavy.
