buttermilk
3/4 tsp.
fine-grain sea salt
1/2 tsp.
black pepper
4 tsp.
red wine vinegar

Steps:

  • Combine sour cream, heavy cream, buttermilk, salt, pepper, and vinegar in blender. Blend a few seconds, until smooth.
  • Crumble in blue cheese and blend again.
  • Chill several hours in refrigerator before serving.
