Infused with eight aromatic botanicals, it is flavoured with zesty orange and blossom with a hint of thyme and pairs perfectly with a Mediterranean tonic.

Steps:
Pour the Taste the Difference Blackfriars Orange & Blossom Gin over ice, and add the tonic so they are well combined
Add the pink peppercorns for a pop of colour and spice, and lightly squeeze the wedge of blood orange when adding to the glass in order to release some of its juice
Garnish with a sprig of thyme

Chill any leftover cucumber syrup in a sterilised, sealed bottle for up to 1 week. For the cucumber syrup, heat the sugar with 150ml water until it has dissolved. Simmer and add the cucumber slices.
