Black Fungus Minced Buns recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

Today’s buns are stuffed with black fungus and meat. I like a filling. Black fungus and minced meat have been used as buns for many times. They are also delicious when used to make dumplings and wontons. They are directly steamed with black fungus. The cakes are also delicious.

300 grams Flour
200 g pork
250 grams Black Fungus
5 grams salt
5 grams shallot
5 grams ginger
5 grams Soy sauce
5 grams Oyster sauce
155 grams water
3 grams yeast
10gram Caster sugar
5 grams Corn flour

Steps:

  • Chop the pork, add ginger and spring onion water in portions, stir in the same direction with two pairs of chopsticks until the gum is formed, soak the black fungus until soft, then chop, mix with the meat filling, add salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch and mix Evenly mix the yeast powder with warm water in the ingredients, mix the flour and fine sugar, pour in the yeast water while stirring with chopsticks, knead it into a snowflake shape and knead it by hand until smooth, cover with plastic wrap and wake up for 10 minutes
  • Roll the dough into strips
  • Divide into the same size agent according to the size you like)
  • Roll out into a round dough piece with a thin thickness around the middle and a little thicker in the middle
  • Pack a pack of black fungus minced meat and knead it into a bun
  • Put the prepared buns in the steamer, put water in the pot, put the steamer in the pot, turn on high heat for 30 seconds, turn off the heat, and let the buns ferment for 1 hour

Steps:
