- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat 24 muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray.
- Mix baking mix, sausage, eggs, and Cheddar cheese together in a large bowl. Pour into the prepared muffin cups.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Cover a large baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Mix stuffing mix and water in a bowl until moistened. Add pork, Cheddar cheese, green onion, and baking powder. Mix well.
- Shape into 1-inch balls and place into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until browned and no longer pink in the centers, 18 to 20 minutes.
