Making your favorite fast-food breakfast sandwich has never been easier! Bake frozen biscuits while you prepare the eggs and sausage, and in less than 30 minutes, you’ll have a breakfast that’s better than the drive-thru.

2 biscuits from 1 bag (25 oz) frozen Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Buttermilk Biscuits (12 Count)
2 Eggland's Best™ eggs large
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup Sargento™ shredded cheese (1 oz)
1 Smithfield™ Hometown Original pork breakfast sausage roll

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. On ungreased small cookie sheet, place biscuits 2 inches apart. Bake 20 to 24 minutes or until golden brown.
  • After 15 minutes of baking, start making filling. In small bowl, beat eggs with whisk until mixed well. In 8-inch nonstick skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat until hot and sizzling. Add beaten eggs; quickly begin stirring eggs continuously with heat-resistant spatula. As eggs begin to thicken, stop stirring and cook an additional 30 to 60 seconds or until eggs are set. Fold eggs in half; turn off heat. Top eggs with shredded cheese; cover and let stand about 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut eggs in half. Make sausages as directed on package.
  • Split warm biscuits horizontally; place on 2 individual serving plates. Place egg and sausage on bottom halves of biscuits. Cover with top halves of biscuits; serve immediately.

Baked eggs, smoked sausage, provolone cheese, spinach, and onions on an English muffin make a tasty, hearty breakfast--or even lunch!

Nonstick cooking spray
8 eggs
½ cup milk
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 (13 ounce) package Farmland® Hickory Smoked Sausage
2 tablespoons butter
1 large sweet onion, halved and sliced
6 English muffins, split and toasted
¼ cup prepared horseradish
6 slices provolone cheese
1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 2-quart rectangular baking dish with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour into prepared dish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until set.
  • Meanwhile, cut smoked sausage into 6 pieces. Halve each piece lengthwise, cutting to but not through the other side to keep the pieces together. Heat a 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add sausage pieces to skillet, opening each like a book. Cook for 4 to 6 minutes or until browned, turning once. Remove and keep warm.
  • In the same skillet, heat butter until melted. Add onion. Cook and stir over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until just browned and tender.
  • To assemble, spread cut sides of muffins or biscuits with horseradish. Cut baked egg mixture into 6 squares. On muffin bottoms, layer cheese, spinach, egg, sausage, and onion. Add muffin or biscuit tops.
