Steps:
- You will need two 9 x 13 pans. Place the bottoms of 12 rolls in each pan. Place ham (about 2 shaved slices or so) on the rolls.
- Cut the cheese slices into 4 parts and place 2 small pieces on each sandwich. Put the dinner roll tops on.
- In a sauce pan, mix butter, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder and poppy seeds. Wait until all butter is melted and then brush the melted mixture over the ham sandwiches.
- Cover with foil and let sit in fridge for 1 hour or over night. (If you want to bake them right away, you can also.)
- Preheat oven to 375 and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve.
- They are great hot and even at room temperature Enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 450°F. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Cut in cold butter with a pastry blender or fork until coarse crumbs form. Make the biscuits: Stir buttermilk into flour mixture until just combined. Turn out dough onto a well-floured work surface and knead lightly 3 or 4 times. Pat into a 3/4-inch-thick rectangle. Cut into 9 squares and transfer to a baking sheet, placing close together but not touching. Brush with melted butter. Bake until golden brown, 18 to 20 minutes. Halve biscuits and top with ham. Serve with Apricot Mustard, Cheddar, and lettuce alongside. Make the Apricot Mustard: Whisk together apricot jam, whole-grain mustard, and Dijon mustard in a bowl. Makes 2/3 cup.

These yummy sliders are a huge hit with the family and with the folks at our local church when we bring these to brunch!
Feel free to play around with the fillings....sometimes we make these with sliced turkey and cheddar cheese. I also use spicy brown mustard at times instead of plain yellow mustard. Have fun and enjoy!
