These are from a popular Ranch dressing web site. They taste better with a ground beef with more fat. Tend to be dry if you use lean meat.

1 lb ground beef
3 1/2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons ranch dressing
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Steps:

  • Mix ground beef with BBQ sauce, cumin, garlic powder and onion powder. Shape into 4 patties. Grill to desired doneness.
  • Mix Ranch dressing and Dijon mustard together.
  • Place burgers on toasted buns and top with 1 tablespoon of the dressing. May also add your favorite cheese, lettuce, tomato or fried onions.

BBQ Ranch Burgers

1 packet (1 ounce) Hidden Valley® Original Ranch Salad® Dressing & Seasoning Mix
1 pound ground beef
2 onions
2 tablespoons water
6 Kaiser rolls
½ cup KC Masterpiece® Barbecue Sauce

Steps:

  • Heat a charcoal grill until coals are red.
  • Meanwhile, combine ground beef, Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix Packet and two tablespoons of water in a large bowl. Form the mixture into six burger patties. Slice the onions into ½-inch slices. Place the burger patties and onion slices onto the hot grill.
  • Cook for about four minutes, or until meat is firm around the outside and the juices start to pool. Flip the burgers and onions slices and grill for another three minutes or done to your liking. Serve the burgers and onions slices (cut in half if too large) on a roll brushed with KC Masterpiece® Original Barbecue Sauce.
