OVEN BAKED BBQ PORK STEAKS | JUST A PINCH RECIPES
When you want the flavor of barbecue but don't feel like firing up the grill, try these oven-baked pork steaks. We like the combination of seasonings in the recipe. It adds just the right amount of spice. The barbecue sauce caramelized on the pork which adds even more flavor. An easy-baked pork steak recipe.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375. Combine the dry ingredients.
- Spray with non-stick spray a foil-lined cookie sheet with sides. Hand rub the spices on both sides of each steak (use more rub if needed).
- Place steaks on the sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Turn steaks over and cook another 20 minutes.
- Remove any excess grease with a turkey baster, if desired.
- Brush meat with bbq sauce. Then turn the meat over and brush the other side.
- Place the tray back in the oven and bake steaks for another 20-25 minutes or until tender. Brush with more sauce and serve.

Country Style Pork Ribs are cleaned up, seasoned and smoked to an internal temperature of 145F.

Steps:
- Wipe both side of the country style ribs clean with paper towels.
- If desired, combine the optional marinade ingredients and marinate the meat for one hour in the refrigerator.
- Season the meat liberally with the dry rub.
- Allow the meat to rest for 15-30 minutes to allow the dry rub to start dissolving into the meat.
- Smoke the country style ribs in Smoke Mode (180F) for 30 minutes using hickory.
- Raise the temperature of your smoker to 250F and allow the meat to cook for another 30 minutes.
- Baste both sides of the meat with barbecue sauce.
- Allow the country style ribs to smoke another 15-30 minutes until an internal temperature of 145F.
- Slice the meat thin and enjoy!
