This barbecue chicken pizza packs a whole lot of flavor for pizza night thanks to ingredients like chicken, barbecue sauce, shredded mozzarella, red onion and cilantro. And it all starts with Pillsbury™ refrigerated classic pizza crust, so you don’t have worry about any fussy dough prep.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 400°F for dark or nonstick pan (425°F for all other pans). Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray.
- Unroll dough in pan; starting at center, press dough into 15x10-inch rectangle. Bake 9 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mix chicken and barbecue sauce until chicken is coated with sauce.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of the cheese over partially baked crust. Spoon and carefully spread chicken mixture evenly over cheese. Top with red onion and remaining 1 cup cheese. Bake 8 to 11 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro. To serve, cut into 6 rows by 3 rows.

Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 20-25 minutes or until deep golden brown, stirring occasionally., Unroll and press dough onto bottom and 1/2 in. up sides of a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake 8 minutes., Spread barbecue sauce over dough; top with chicken, cooked onion, bacon, Gorgonzola cheese and jalapenos. Sprinkle with paprika and garlic powder; top with mozzarella cheese. Bake pizza 8-10 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
