1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Classic Crust Pizza Crust
2 cups coarsely chopped cooked chicken breast
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro, if desired

Steps:

Heat oven to 400°F for dark or nonstick pan (425°F for all other pans). Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray.
Unroll dough in pan; starting at center, press dough into 15x10-inch rectangle. Bake 9 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mix chicken and barbecue sauce until chicken is coated with sauce.
Sprinkle 1 cup of the cheese over partially baked crust. Spoon and carefully spread chicken mixture evenly over cheese. Top with red onion and remaining 1 cup cheese. Bake 8 to 11 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro. To serve, cut into 6 rows by 3 rows.

18 pieces chicken wing
1/2 tbsp. coconut oil
1/2 tbsp. salt
1/2 cup all purpose flour
3/4 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 tbsp. smoked paprika
1/4 tbsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tbsp. garlic powder
1/4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. hot sauce
3 tbsp. unsalted butter

Steps:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
In a bowl place the wings with oil, salt, and flour. Coat evenly.
Next, place the wings on an oiled foil-lined baking pan and bake for about 20 minutes.
Then, flip the wings over and cook for another 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, mix the vinegar, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Do this for about 10 minutes.
Finally, once the wings are cooked, dip them in the sauce and let them cool for about 10 minutes.
Serve with a side of barbecue sauce or bleu cheese.
