  • So ch? nguyên li?u B?u g?t v?, c?t ph?n m?m d?u và cu?ng, r?a s?ch sau dó c?t lát tròn hay khúc dài tùy ý ho?c bam thành s?i. B?u sau khi c?t thái, nên u?p v?i 1 ít b?t canh ho?c b?t nêm d? b?u du?c d?m v?. Ð?p tr?ng gà ra bát, cho thêm 1 thìa cà phê nu?c m?m cho tr?ng d?m thom r?i dánh toi lên. Hành khô và t?i bóc v? bam nh?. Hành lá và mùi tàu nh?t r?a s?ch, x?t nh?.
  • Cho 3 thìa canh d?u an vào ch?o, phi thom hành t?i bam, sau dó cho b?u vào xào. Vì b?u ra nu?c nên khi xào, b?n c?n ch?nh l?a lên to 1 chút. Xào d?n khi b?u chín thì d? tr?ng gà vào.
