I used bacon (instead of ham), sharp cheddar cheese, fat-free milk, egg substitute and low cal biscuit mix (in a half-hearted effort to not add too many extra pounds!). Even with these changes, this was a great quiche. I also cooked it in a 9x13 pan for about 40 minutes. I highly recommend this recipe to anyone looking for an easy quiche recipe.
