Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, extending foil over edges. Spray foil with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.
- Combine sugar, melted butter, egg and vanilla in bowl; mix well. Add 1 cup graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking powder and salt; stir just until combined. Press evenly into prepared pan.
- Bake 8 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle partially baked crust with marshmallows, chocolate chips and remaining 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs. Continue baking 5-10 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown. Cool completely.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl combine butter, white sugar, brown sugar, flour, baking powder and salt; mix well. Spread 2/3 of mixture into prepared pan.
- Spread jam over mixture.
- Combine remaining mixture with oats and walnuts; sprinkle over jam layer.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
