2 Green bell pepper cored
1 tb Black Pepper freshly ground
2 qt Water
2 c White vinegar
3 tb Salt
1/4 c Crushed red pepper flaked

4 pigs feet, whole ( or 8 split)
1 whole onion, sliced
1 bottle bbq sauce (KC Masterpiece or your favorite)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
water

Steps:

  • Add the pig's feet, salt, and pepper to the pan and add water to cover the pigs feet. Put a lid on the pot and cook on medium-low heat for 1 hour.
  • Preheat an oven to 350
  • Remove all but 1 cup of liquid from the pan and layer the onions on the pigs feet. Pour the bbq sauce over the pigs feet and onions.
  • Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hour or until the bbq pig feet are tender.
