Number Of Ingredients 4

12 slices brioche or thick-cut bread
12 large Nellie's Free Range Eggs
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Your favorite toppings

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400F and grease a sheet pan with cooking spray.
  • Using a 2 1/4-inch biscuit cutter, cut a hole in the center of each slice of bread. Discard bread centers (or save for yolk dipping!) and arrange bread slices on the prepared pan.
  • Crack an egg into each hole and carefully place sheet pan in oven. Bake for about 7 1/2 minutes for a runny yolk, and 10 minutes for a fully cooked yolk. Keep in mind that ovens vary and the eggs will continue to cook slightly once pulled out of the oven.
