1 fully cooked bone-in ham (6 to 8 pounds)
Whole cloves
1 can (20 ounces) sliced pineapple
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
12 maraschino cherries

Steps:

Place ham in roasting pan. Score the surface with shallow diagonal cuts, making diamond shapes; insert cloves into diamonds. Cover and bake at 325° for 1-1/2 hours. Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup juice. Combine brown sugar and reserved pineapple juice; pour over ham. Arrange pineapple slices and cherries on ham. , Bake, uncovered, 30-45 minutes longer or until a thermometer reads 140° and the ham is heated through.

1/3 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup dried minced onion
1/3 to 1/2 cup prepared mustard
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
8 hamburger buns, split
16 slices deli ham
8 slices Swiss cheese

Steps:

In a small bowl, combine the butter, onion, mustard and poppy seeds; spread about 2 tablespoons on each bun. Layer with ham and cheese; replace tops. Wrap each sandwich in foil. , Bake at 350° for 6-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Freeze option: Freeze unbaked sandwiches up to 2 months. To use, preheat oven to 350°. Bake 30-35 minutes or until cheese is melted.
