¾ cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch Salad® Dressing & Seasoning Mix
1 lemon
2½ tablespoons dill
2½ tablespoons parsley
2 lbs. salmon
black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  • Place the salmon in an oiled 13 x 9 baking dish. Spread the salad dressing evenly over each steak. Sprinkle each steak with dill, parsley and pepper. Bake uncovered for about 10 to 15 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily when tested with fork.
  • Serve immediately.

½ cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing
1 pound salmon
1½ cups panko bread crumbs
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
ground pepper
2 tablespoons cilantro
Fresh lime juice, to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Brush both sides of each of the fish pieces liberally with the dressing. In a small bowl, stir to evenly combine the breadcrumbs, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and cilantro, then pour onto a plate.

  • Dredge the fish in the breadcrumbs until evenly coated. Place the fish on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake the fish for 10 to 12 minutes or until the breadcrumbs are golden and the fish has reached an internal temperature of 145°F.
  • Optional: Squeeze fresh lime juice over fish before serving.
