1/2 cup kraft zesty Italian dressing
1 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
3 green onions, sliced

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F Place fish in a 13 x9 inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Mix remaining ingredients.
  • Spoon over fish.
  • Cover with foil.
  • Cut several slits in top of foil to vent.
  • Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  • Serve topped with vegetable mixture.

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 (1-lb.) salmon fillet
Lemon slices

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425°F. Line shallow baking pan with foil. Spray foil with nonstick cooking spray. In shallow dish, combine salad dressing, parsley, basil and lemon juice; mix well.
  • Place salmon, skin side down, in sprayed foil-lined pan. Spoon about half of salad dressing mixture over salmon.
  • Bake at 425°F. for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork, spooning remaining salad dressing mixture over fish once or twice during baking. Serve fish with lemon slices.
