BEEFY BAKED RAVIOLI | ALLRECIPES
This recipe is a hit with my husband and everyone else I've given the recipe to. It's very easy and satisfies that Italian craving.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
- Crumble the ground beef into a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir until no longer pink. Drain grease, then stir in the spaghetti sauce and tomatoes.
- Spread 1/3 of the sauce in the bottom of an 11x7 inch baking dish. Arrange 1/2 of the ravioli over the sauce. Sprinkle 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese and 1/2 of the Monterey Jack cheese over the ravioli. Repeat layers, ending with the last of the sauce on top. Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top before serving.

BAKED RAVIOLI RECIPE | ALLRECIPES
An old family recipe with some updating. Quick preparation is a plus for this recipe! Try using two, ten, or 40 cloves of garlic!

Steps:
- In a medium stock pot combine the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chopped onion, Italian seasoning, salt and water. Stir in the minced garlic in quantity desired. Allow mixture to simmer for 2 hours. If sauce seems dry add additional water.
- In large pot of boiling salted water cook the ravioli until done. Drain.
- In a 9x13 inch pan layer sauce and cooked ravioli. Top with grated Parmesan cheese and grated mozzarella cheese.
- In a preheated 400 degrees F(205 degrees C) oven bake for 30 minutes, or until light golden brown. Let cool 15 minutes before serving.

- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add broth; bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 1 minute or until thickened. Carefully add meat and parsley; cook and stir for 2-5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Stir in the salt, nutmeg and pepper.
