2 (8 ounce) containers prepared hummus
1?¼ cups crumbled feta cheese
? cup chopped Kalamata olives
? cup chopped fresh tomato
2 tablespoons olive oil

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Spread hummus evenly in 8x8-inch baking dish; sprinkle with feta cheese. Toss olives and tomatoes together in a bowl; layer on top of feta. Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, 15 to 20 minutes.

Traditional Hummus
½ cup (2 ounces) crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
½ teaspoon ground cumin
Cooking spray
½ cup (2 ounces) crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
Garnish: parsley sprigs

Steps:

  • Combine Traditional Hummus, 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese, chopped fresh parsley, and cumin. Transfer mixture to an 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Garnish with parsley sprigs.
