Prep Time 20 minutes

Cook Time 15 minutes

Yield 6

Number Of Ingredients 12

12 oz cooked turkey breast (chopped fine (a food processor or chopper is great for this))
3 medium potatoes (peeled, cooked and mashed)
3/4 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 medium onion (chopped)

  • Add turkey to mashed potatoes and using your clean hands mix well. Taste for salt and adjust if needed.
  • Preheat oven to 450°F.

HAM LOAF I RECIPE | ALLRECIPES
I do think the recipe ends up being quite salty from the salt in ham so next time, I would omit the salt completely and won't even bother with the 1/8 teaspoon it calls for. I also think 8 servings for this recipe is conservative, it is would serve at least 10 people or more, unless you are feeding hungry football players :) Great recipe.
