Our cheesy bacon ranch potatoes will have you craving more with every bite you take. Our zesty ranch flavor takes this delicious dish to the next level.

1¼ lbs. russet potatoes
cooking spray
¼ tsp. kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste
? cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
? cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch dressing
1 jalapeño
2 tbsp. chopped green onion

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a baking pan with cooking spray.

  • Spread potatoes on the baking pan. Spray with the cooking spray and add salt and pepper, to taste. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.

  • When finished, remove from oven and pour potatoes into a greased casserole dish. Add cheese, crumbled bacon, dressing and jalapeño.

    Mix well and bake for another 10 minutes, until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and top with chopped green onion.

12 small new red potatoes, scrubbed and halved
1 cup Ranch-style salad dressing
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Place potatoes in a large saucepan over medium heat, and cover with water. Bring to a boil, and cook 10 minutes, or until tender; drain.
  • Place cooked potatoes on an ungreased cookie sheet with the cut side up. Spread a spoonful of dressing on the top of each potato half. Sprinkle with cheese, and lightly dust with pepper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
