Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9- by 13- by 2-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
- In a large saucepan, brown the ground beef, onions and bell peppers. Add the pork and beans, barbecue sauce, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and brown sugar to the mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes. Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish. Sprinkle the bacon over the top of the casserole. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and continue to bake for an additional 10 minutes. Let the casserole stand for 10 minutes before serving.

- Heat the grill to medium. Make four indentations in the mixture using the back of a spoon, then crack one egg in each. Nestle the ham in the mixture, then grill for 4-5 mins, or until the whites are set and the yolks runny. Serve with rye bread, if you like.

Heat the oil over a high heat in a large casserole dish and add the sausages. Brown all over, then lift out on to a plate.
Add the onion and mushrooms to the empty casserole and fry for 5min or until golden and just beginning to soften. Stir in the garlic, Worcestershire sauce and tomato puree and cook for 30sec.
Return the sausages to the pan, then pour in the stock. Bring to the boil, then simmer over a medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 20min, or until the liquid is thick and reduced.
