I tried other recipes and they do not compare at all to this recipe. I have made tea recipe 3 times now, twice I made them as bagels and the once I rolled out the dough, like you would for the bagels, but instead I cut them into about 2" pieces and put coarse salt on the top of them. They made the most amazing soft pretzel bites!
