Steps:
- Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels until cool.
- Stir sour cream, ranch dressing, and Cheddar cheese together in a large bowl. Crumble bacon into the dip; mix well.
- Chill until flavors blend, about 1 hour. Serve dip with chips.

Maple bacon popcorn is a delicious, decadent snack. This maple bacon popcorn recipe uses real maple syrup, browned butter, bacon, and popcorn popped in the bacon grease. It's rich and absolutely amazingly good.

Steps:
- Dice bacon and cook until crispy in a large skillet. Remove bacon but leave grease behind.
- Pop popcorn kernels in the leftover bacon grease. Add a little additional oil if necessary.
- Brown butter in a small saucepan.
- Add maple syrup to the browned butter and cook for 4 minutes, until the mixture thickens slightly.
- Add the reserved bacon bits to the maple sugar butter mixture, stir, and pour over popcorn.
- Mix popcorn so all is evenly covered with the browned butter maple bacon mixture.
- Serve immediately.

1 Tsp crushed or finely chopped bacon. Directions for Sauce. First, prepare your bacon. For extra crispy bacon, microwave slices on a plate between layers of paper towels. Heat them on high for 4-5 minutes. You can also skillet cook them. Let your crispy bacon cool. Then, crumble it into small bits and set it aside.
