1 package (30 ounces) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 cups sour cream
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:

In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to ungreased 2-qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour or until heated through.

1 pint Sour Cream
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 cup Butter, melted
2-3 cups Cheese-shredded
1 cup crushed Frosted Flakes type cereal

Steps:

Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grease a 9 by 13-inch pan and scoop the mixture into the pan. I crush the frosted flakes and sprinkle them over the casserole. Bake at (350°F) = (176°C) degrees covered with foil for 1 hour or until bubbly. You can use crushed crackers, potato chips instead of frosted flakes. This recipe is very versatile.
