Arroz con Azafran (Saffron Rice) Recipe by myra - CookEatShare image

Easy prep recipe for savory rice using Sazon Goya con Azafran. This recipe will work with Latin, Indian, and other cuisines.

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 cup long grain rice
2 cups chicken both
2 tbs. butter
1 tbs. chopped scallions
1 packet Sazon
1 tbs. chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cracked pepper
optional: 1/2 cup frozen peas

Steps:

  • Bring broth to a boil, add other ingredients, stir well. Bring back to a boil, turn on low, cover. Cook 20 minutes. Let the rice sit 5 minutes, fluff with a fork.
