This dip is deliciously addictive! Creamy dip with a little bit of heat from the jalapeños, bursting with flavor from the MexiCorn and the green onions. This is a hit and the first thing gone at every party -- It isn't "award winning" for nothing!

2 (11 ounce) cans Mexicorn, drained
1 cup real mayonnaise
1 cup real sour cream
Tops of 3 bunches of green onions, sliced
1 (4.5 ounce) can green chilies, diced
1/3 cup of jalapenos (the jar kind), chopped
8 ounce package of Shredded Mexican Blend cheese
Tortilla chips for serving

Steps:

Combine all of the dip contents together and place in the fridge. I suggest making it 12 hours ahead, or even the day before. The flavors just keep getting better and better! Serve with tortilla chips!

The first time my husband and I had this dip at a party, I had no idea what was in it. I just knew that I couldn't get enough of it and slathered on just about everything. :) My husband asked me to be sure to get the recipe. This dip is the most requested dip that I make, especially with kids. Just don't tell them that they are eating 3 different vegetables! My husband's favorite for game day. Great with chips, tortillas, crackers, veggies, a spoon.... you get the idea. Great on anything! I never knew that I liked artichokes until I tried this dip. Attractive on a Christmas buffet.

Steps:

Mix mayo, cream cheese and Hidden Valley mix. Then fold in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
