Such an easy twist on guacamole, this creamy condiment is my secret weapon on fish tacos and in burritos.

Yield Serves 12 (serving size: about 2 tablespoons)

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 garlic clove, peeled
2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
½ cup reduced-fat sour cream
1?½ tablespoons fresh lime juice
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon kosher salt

Steps:

  • Place garlic in food processor; process until minced. Scoop pulp from avocados; add to food processor. Add remaining ingredients; process until smooth.
  • Kids can Help: After you remove the pits from the avocados, kids can help scoop out the flesh with a large spoon.
