0.5 c. of Hy-Vee light sour cream
0.333 c. of avocado
0.25 c. of water
0.25 c. of cilantro leaves
4 tsp. of Hy-Vee ranch dressing mix
1 tbsp. of lime juice
8 crunchy corn tostadas
1 c. of Hy-Vee spicy refried beans
1.5 c. of Hy-Vee rotisserie chicken
1 c. of shredded Chihuahua cheese
1 c. of shredded red cabbage
1 c. of pico de gallo
0 Lime wedges

Steps:

Preheat broiler on HIGH. Prepare Avocado-Lime Ranch.

For Avocado-Lime Ranch: Combine Hy-Vee light sour cream, avocado, water, cilantro leaves, ranch dressing, and lime juice in a food processor or blender until smooth; set aside.
3.
Spread tostadas with refried beans. Top with chicken and sprinkle with cheese. Broil 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with cabbage and pico de gallo. Drizzle with Avocado-Ranch and serve with lime wedges.
