Potato slices and fried onions recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

Potatoes and onions are my children’s favorites. These two ingredients are paired and fried together. They are delicious, and the children love them.

Number Of Ingredients 6

One potato
One Shallots
2 tbsp Soybean oil
A teaspoon Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Seafood soy sauce
a little Pepper noodles

Steps:

  • Peel the shallots, wash and slice.
  • Peel the potatoes, wash them, slice them, and put them in a basin to wash off the starch.
  • Pour the oil from the pan to heat, then turn to low heat and put in the potato chips, and stir fry slowly. This process takes a long time.
  • Push the potatoes to the side when they are soft, add the pepper noodles and soy sauce.
  • Then add the shallots and stir fry.
  • Finally, add refined salt and seafood soy sauce and stir evenly out of the pan.

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 medium zucchinis, cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Warm the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in onions, and cook 5 minutes. Add zucchini, and cook, stirring, about 1 minute. Stir in teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and sesame seeds. Cook until zucchini are tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in ground pepper, and serve immediately.
