Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour into two greased 9x5-in. loaf pans., Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, 60-65 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.

Cool for 10 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely. , If glaze is desired, combine confectioners' sugar and milk; drizzle over loaves.
