Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- In a large skillet, fry sausage until it is browned. Drain well. Cut the sausage into bite-size pieces.
- In a small casserole dish, combine sausage, brown sugar, applesauce, and onion.
- Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 45 minutes. Serve with toothpicks for easy nibbling.

- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Chop apple with Food Chopper. Combine apple, almonds, cranberries, sugar and cinnamon in Small Batter Bowl; mix gently. Stir in butter just until ingredients are moistened.Cut Brie in half horizontally using Utility Knife. Place one half of Brie, rind side down, on Toaster Oven Pan. Spoon half of the apple mixture onto bottom half of Brie, spreading evenly. Top with remaining half of Brie, rind side up. Spoon remaining apple mixture over Brie.Bake 12-15 minutes or until Brie begins to soften. Serve with apple wedges or assorted crackers, if desired.

- Preheat oven to 375°. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles; cut each lengthwise into 3 thin triangles. On the wide end of each triangle, place 1 slice apple, 1 folded piece cheese and 1 sausage; roll up tightly., Place 1 in. apart on parchment-lined baking sheets, point side down. Bake until golden brown, 10-12 minutes. If desired, serve with dressing.
