These double chocolate bars filled with chopped Oreo™ cookies and topped with Andes™ candies prove that combining chocolate and mint is always a good idea.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- In medium bowl, crumble cookie dough; stir or knead in cocoa until well blended. Carefully mix in 1 cup of the chopped cookies until well mixed. Press dough evenly in ungreased 9-inch square pan.
- Bake 12 to 16 minutes or until edges are set (do not overbake). Immediately place candies on top of baked cookie base. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
- In medium bowl, beat butter, powdered sugar and 3 tablespoons of the milk with electric mixer on medium speed 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth and creamy. Beat in up to 1 tablespoon milk if necessary to make spreadable. Beat in food color until well mixed. Spread evenly over cooled bars. Sprinkle evenly with remaining cookies, slightly pressing into frosting. For bars, cut into 4 rows by 4 rows. Store covered in refrigerator up to 3 days.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in eggs and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Stir in baking chips., Drop dough by rounded tablespoons 3 in. apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes or until light brown. Remove from pans to wire racks to cool.

- Preheat oven to 325°. Place a greased 9-in. springform pan on a double thickness of heavy-duty foil (about 18 in. square). Wrap foil securely around pan. In a small bowl, mix cookie crumbs and sugar; stir in butter. Press onto bottom of prepared pan., In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in cooled chips, creme de menthe, flour, creme de cacao and extract. Add eggs; beat on low speed just until blended. Pour half the batter over crust; sprinkle with crushed Oreos. Carefully spoon remaining batter over top. Place springform pan in a larger baking pan; add 1 in. hot water to larger pan., Bake until center is just set and top appears dull, 75-80 minutes. Remove springform pan from water bath. Cool cheesecake on a wire rack 10 minutes. Loosen sides from pan with a knife; remove foil. Cool 1 hour longer. Refrigerate overnight, covering when completely cooled. , Remove rim from pan. Place chocolate chips in a small bowl. In a small saucepan, bring cream just to a boil. Pour over chocolate; stir with a whisk until smooth. Spread over cheesecake.

Add egg and peppermint extract and mix until fully combined. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and green food coloring and mix until just combined and dough is green to your liking. Fold in chopped Andes. Using a small cooking scoop, form small balls and place on baking sheets about 2" apart. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake until cookies are puffed and set, 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes on baking sheet then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
