Number Of Ingredients 1

1/3 cup grapefruit juice 1/3 cup orange juice 1/3 cup club soda 1 tsp sugar-free original smooth metamucil

Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven 375°F. Mix milk, egg, vanilla, applesauce, cinnamon and sugar. Drink 8 oz of water with each recipe.In separate container mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Slowly add flour mixture to milk mixture once well mixed disperse blueberries, then quickly add and disperse the Metamucil and pour into muffin tin.Bake 15 to 20 minutes until middle is done.
