Ingredients

1 package (24 ounces) white candy coating, coarsely chopped
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups dry roasted peanuts
2 cups pastel miniature marshmallows
3 cups crisp rice cereal

Steps:

In a heavy saucepan, melt candy coating and peanut butter over low heat. Remove from the heat; stir in the remaining ingredients. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper.

1/2 cup dark baking cocoa or baking cocoa
2 cartons (32 ounces each) vanilla almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: Large marshmallows or strawberry marshmallow creme, and assorted sprinkles

Steps:

In a large saucepan, combine sugar and dark baking cocoa; gradually whisk in almond milk. Heat until bubbles form around sides of pan, whisking occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. If desired, serve with large marshmallows or marshmallow creme, and sprinkles.
