1 tablespoon Olive oil
Pinch of salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Peel the garlic cloves and slice them into a thin slice.
  • Take a bowl and put the sliced garlic and add the oil, salt, and pepper. Mix them well until the garlic slices are coated evenly.
  • Preheat your air fryer at 160C/320F for 1-2 minutes.
  • Transfer the seasoned garlic slices into the air fryer basket and cook at 160 C/320F for 5-6 minutes or until they’re golden brown.

1 pound baby potatoes, cut into quarters
1 tablespoon avocado oil
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon granulated garlic
½ teaspoon dried parsley

Steps:

  • Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine potatoes and oil in a bowl and toss to coat. Add 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic and 1/4 teaspoon parsley and toss to coat. Repeat with remaining garlic and parsley. Pour potatoes into the air fryer basket.
  • Place the basket in the air fryer and cook, tossing occasionally, until golden brown, about 20 to 25 minutes.
