- In a small mixing bowl, combine all of the spices, salt, pepper, and oil to create a rub.
- Place the pork tenderloin on a cutting board and coat all over with the rub.
- Place in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 20 minutes. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 145-160°F with a meat thermometer.
- Once done, remove the pork tenderloin from the air fryer, let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it.

Lightly spray top of pork loin again with nonstick spray. Turn pork loin over; lightly spray with nonstick spray. Air-fry 4 to 5 minutes more or until lightly golden and pork reaches at least 145 degrees. Remove from air fryer and slightly cool.

To assemble sandwich, place lettuce on bun bottom. Top with cooked pork loin, desired condiments, desired toppers, and bun top.
