EASY SPRING ROLLS (AIR FRIED) RECIPE | ALLRECIPES
This is an easy spring roll recipe that I cook in an air fryer but you could cook in the oven also. I like to serve it with sweet chile sauce.

Steps:
- Soak noodles in a bowl of hot water until soft, about 5 minutes. Cut noodles into shorter strands.
- Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, mixed vegetables, onion, and garlic. Cook until beef is almost browned throughout, about 6 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in noodles; let stand until juices have been absorbed. Add soy sauce to the filling.
- Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Lay out 1 egg roll wrapper onto a flat work surface; place a diagonal strip of filling across the wrapper. Fold the top corner over the filling; fold in the two side corners; brush center with cold water and roll spring roll over to seal. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Brush the tops of the spring rolls with vegetable oil. Arrange a batch of spring rolls into the basket of the air fryer; cook until crisped and lightly browned, about 8 minutes. Repeat until all are cooked.

- Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add cabbage, carrots, and bamboo shoots to garlic and cook until slightly tender, about 5 minutes. Remove skillet from heat and stir lime juice, fish sauce, and soy sauce into vegetable mixture. Fill each spring roll wrapper with vegetable mixture, placing the filling just below the center of the wrapper. Fold the bottom point over the filling and tuck under. Fold in both sides and roll up tightly. Use water to seal the wrapper. Repeat with remaining vegetable mixture and wrappers. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place spring rolls into basket and spray rolls with cooking spray. Cook spring rolls in air fryer for 5 minutes; turn over and cook until evenly browned, about 5 minutes more.

- Preheat air fryer to 360°. Toss coleslaw mix, green onions, soy sauce and sesame oil; let stand while cooking chicken. Place chicken in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until a thermometer inserted in chicken reads 165°, 18-20 minutes. Remove chicken; cool slightly. Finely chop chicken; toss with seasoned salt., Increase air-fryer temperature to 400°. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and Sriracha chili sauce; stir in chicken and coleslaw mixture. With 1 corner of a spring roll wrapper facing you, place about 2 tablespoons filling just below center of wrapper. (Cover remaining wrappers with a damp paper towel until ready to use.) Fold bottom corner over filling; moisten remaining edges with water. Fold side corners toward center over filling; roll up tightly, pressing tip to seal. Repeat., In batches, arrange spring rolls in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket; spritz with cooking spray. Cook until lightly browned, 5-6 minutes. Turn; spritz with cooking spray. Cook until golden brown and crisp, 5-6 minutes longer. If desired, serve with sweet chili sauce and sprinkle with green onions. , Freeze option: Freeze uncooked spring rolls 1 in. apart in freezer containers, separating layers with waxed paper. To use, cook frozen spring rolls as directed, increasing time as necessary.
