- Whisk together sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice in a large bowl until fully combined and thickened, 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add pineapple tidbits, crushed pineapple, pecans, and coconut; stir until fully combined.
- Fold in 1 container of whipped topping. Pour into prepared crust, and refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours.
- Top with remaining container of whipped topping, and garnish with cherries.
