- Mix sugar, butter, salt and lowfat milk in pan. Use medium heat, stir until sugar is disolved. Continue stirring and allow to boil 7 min. Turn burner off. Add in marshmallows, chocolate chips and vanilla and stir until theydisolve. Place in buttered 8 inch pan. Cold. Cut.

- Cool and cut into squares.
