3 Ingredient Turtle Chocolate Bites

Ingredients

1 cup dark chocolate chips
3/4 cup raw almonds
about 16-20 raw pecans, choose some nice whole ones, no dents or broken pieces allowed

Steps:

Melt your chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring after each, until chocolate is smooth. Or use a double broiler to melt it.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spoon 1/2 Tablespoon dollop of melted chocolate onto your prepared baking sheet, making sure you leave some space in between to be able to form the turtles.
Next, place 4 almonds to each drop of chocolate, to create the turtle's legs.
Top each with a pecan, gently pressing to adhere to the melted chocolate as shown.
Refrigerate the baking tray for 15 minutes to allow your chocolate to set.
Serve and enjoy!
Seal any leftovers & store in the fridge.

50 Pretzel Snaps
Rolos 12 oz. Package
50 halved pecans

Steps:

Preheat oven to 200 ?.
Place the pretzels on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Place one Rolo on top of each pretzel after removing all of the Rolo wrappers.
Bake for 3-5 minutes in a preheated oven, until the Rolos are glistening but still hold their shape.
Remove from oven and immediately put a pecan half into each Rolo pretzel, pressing down to evenly distribute the chocolate and caramel.
Allow to cool completely before using so that they solidify. I like to chill them till they're fully chilled.
