Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate, stir until smooth.
- Add in pumpkin puree. Whisk until combined.
- Scoop 1 1/2 tablespoons of batter onto cookie sheet.
- Gently press cookie down with the back of a spoon.
- Bake 20 - 25 minutes until puffed with a few small cracks.
- Cool on cookie sheet 5 minutes.
- Enjoy!
