Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°F(200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the self-rising flour and greek yogurt until it comes together to form a ball.
- Transfer the dough ball to a lightly floured work surface and use your hands to begin flattening and shaping the rough into a roughly 8-inch (20 cm) disk.
- Using a bench scraper or knife, cut the dough into 4 equal pieces.
- One at a time, roll each piece of dough into a log roughly 8 inches (20 cm) long. Shape the log into a ring and transfer to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the bagels with egg wash and sprinkle generously with everything seasoning.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the bagels are golden brown.

- Heat the oven to 190°C (170ºC fan). Line a baking tray with parchment paper. In a bowl, stir together the yogurt and flour until it forms a dough. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead the dough until it comes together and isn’t as sticky. Pat the dough until a circle, then cut it into four equal parts. Roll each 3/4-inch thick, then pinch the ends together. Transfer to the prepared baking tray and continue with the remaining dough. Brush each bagel with egg wash, then sprinkle with toppings. Bake for about 25 minutes, until cooked through.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray, parchment paper or silicone baking mat. In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt (strain out any liquid on top) and self-rising flour until a dough starts to form. Turn dough out on a lightly floured surface. Put a little flour on your hands for kneading. Knead the dough slightly and divide into 4 parts. Roll out each part into a rope (about ¾” thick) and pinch the ends of each rope together to make a circle. Brush tops with egg wash. Sprinkle with Trader Joe’s “Everything but the Bagel” seasoning or any other seasoning you prefer, if desired. Bake for 23 minutes. Remove pan from oven and raise oven temperature to 500°F. Return pan to oven and bake for 2-3 minutes to brown.
