On workdays I do intermittent fasting, but I do more of a 22:2 or one meal a day style. Have been doing it for two months and it has been working great for me. I have been eating 1200-1400 calories per day. I’ve had a couple of days where there were circumstances that came up that had me break my fast and have a snack in there, but that’s okay.
