  • Add grated cheese.
  • Pour mixture over beaten egg yolks.
  • Fold in beaten egg whites.
  • Pour into buttered ramekins.
  • Run thumb around lip of ramekins.
  • Bake for exactly 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
